Brave Space Alliance

Brave Space Alliance is a Black-led, Trans-led LGBTQ+ center located on the South Side of Chicago. They provide affirming, culturally competent resources, programming, and services for LGBTQ individuals.

In addition to their many other services, which can be found on their website, they are currently providing a food pantry for all Chicagoans (though BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Immunocompromised, and/or disabled people are prioritized).

Deliveries are made every other Wednesday and Thursday between 10am - 5pm, request aid w/ the form below.

Community Health

Community is a free health clinic for low-income (up to 300% of federal poverty level), uninsured adults in Chicago, IL. They offer both primary and speciality care, as well as pharmacy services. They are currently offering in-person and telehealth appointments.

Cook County Health (CCH) and Carelink

The Cook County Health (CCH) system is a public health system with a strong charity program called Carelink. CCH serves the uninsured or underinsured, including undocumented people. Carelink is accepted at all health clinics and hospitals within CCH, and those with Carelink do not have to worry about any medical bills.

Center for Changing Lives

The Center for Changing Lives brings high quality, financially focused services to Chicagoans currently experiencing homelessness or housing or financial hardship. The CCL works in partnership with clients to increase income, access career pathways, improve credit, build assets, and develop the skills and capacities needed to achieve their vision for their life.
